Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews with clients and their families to identify social, emotional, and economic challenges affecting their health and well-being.

• Provide telehealth-based counseling sessions that incorporate trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of individuals experiencing substance use disorders.

• Monitor ongoing client progress and intervene as necessary, ensuring clients are receiving appropriate levels of care and support.

• Research and refer clients to crucial community resources, including food assistance, childcare services, and healthcare facilities, acting as their advocate in navigating systems.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations by utilizing crisis intervention techniques and collaborating with emergency services when required.

• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients to foster full participation in their recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom may also be dealing with trauma related to their addiction or life experiences. This population often faces complex challenges that can hinder their recovery, making your expertise and empathetic support essential in guiding them toward healing and stability. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in a health-related environment.

• Strong knowledge of Department of Mental Health billing and documentation protocols is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
