Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions to adults grappling with various emotional disorders, utilizing interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Actively participate in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client’s journey.

• Employ automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to inform and adapt treatment strategies regularly.

• Document clinical notes in a timely manner using our secure therapist portal, facilitating clear communication and continuity of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a supportive therapist community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active LICSW license in the state of Washington is required.
