Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored for each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing solution-focused approaches to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, documenting all interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, to ensure holistic care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily those facing challenges associated with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your expertise will play an integral role in guiding clients through their detoxification process, supporting their emotional and psychological needs while considering their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of New York.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, particularly with adolescent and young adult populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage clients and effectively convey complex concepts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
