Are you organized, detail-oriented, and the kind of person who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? InSight Manufacturing Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

This isn't your typical administrative positionyou'll get the opportunity to work across accounting, purchasing, and general office operations, making you an important part of keeping our day-to-day business moving.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same! Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions
• Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Preparing customer invoices and processing employee expense reports
• Maintaining spreadsheets, financial records, and databases
• Helping with month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes
• Assisting with purchasing and procurement
• Communicating with vendors and helping resolve order or product issues
• Supporting payroll data processing
• Keeping electronic and paper records organized
• Helping with audits and gathering requested documentation
• Pitching in with general administrative tasks and supporting the Accounting and Materials teams

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to meet someone who:

• Has 1+ year of experience in accounting, purchasing, or administrative support
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Can confidently juggle multiple priorities
• Is a strong communicator and problem solver
• Is comfortable working with numbers and financial information
• Understands the importance of confidentiality
• Is dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or relevant accounting coursework is a plus!

Pay & Benefits

$22.00$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
