Title: Real Estate Svcs Coordinator
Pay Rate:$22-$25/HR on W2
Hours: 8-4
Location: 555 E Lancaster Ave, Radnor PA
Must have: Vendor, invoice processing, creating contracts, organized this position tracks a lot of tenant requirements.
Resource's typical working day:
Works on multiple properties supporting multiple managers
Some admin type roles
Some manager roles
Going to be more admin type support
The managers will oversee
Processing invoicing
Preparing contractors
Dealing with utility companies
Site visits
Communicating with vendors
Tenant communications
Handling some energy management
Must have experience with MS Office
Invoicing experience Software skills:
