Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to craft tailored treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques as necessary for each session.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring approaches are personalized for every client.

• Engage in collaborative practice with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care plan for clients, promoting improved health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health by participating in ongoing education and professional development workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
