To support a growing mission-driven team, the full-time Staff Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and leadership while working remotely from the East Coast of North America or Europe. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviewing and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and design effective hiring strategies Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and networking Required qualifications 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech startups Proven track record of closing hard-to-find technical talent, including specialized roles Experience building systems and tooling to scale recruiting efforts Familiarity with hiring in international, remote-first environments Passion for climate mission and values alignment with the organization
