HRIS Manager

Providing hands-on ownership of HR operations, the remote HRIS Manager will optimize the use of ADP Workforce Now, strengthen data integrity, and support compliance-driven processes in a long-term contract position. Key responsibilities Lead administration and continuous improvement of the HRIS environment, focusing on functionality, reporting accuracy, and user adoption within ADP Workforce Now Maintain organized and accurate employee data, overseeing personnel record management to support compliance and operational efficiency Coordinate HR processes related to onboarding, background screening, and other core employment activities for a geographically dispersed team Required qualifications Proven experience leading HRIS administration and HR operations in a senior-level HR role Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and broader HRIS tools, including system configuration and process optimization Background supporting PEO relationships and navigating HR processes within outsourced or co-employment environments Experience managing HR operations for workforces that include both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors Solid understanding of employee records management, compliance requirements, and benefits coordination
