What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with homeowners throughout San Antonio and surrounding communities.
• Identify potential roofing, storm damage, solar, and exterior improvement needs.
• Generate new business through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
• Educate homeowners, schedule inspections, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Build relationships and consistently work toward sales goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred!
• Experience in roofing, solar, home improvement, door-to-door, or outside sales is a major plus.
• Confident, outgoing individuals who know how to connect with customers.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable professionals who want to keep improving.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working in the field throughout San Antonio.
