Our facility is designed to foster patient engagement, featuring advanced therapeutic equipment and comfortable spaces for both treatment and rehabilitation activities. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing you a balanced work-life dynamic while contributing positively to patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations to assess individual patients' needs, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation potentials.Design and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and exercise programs.Provide education and coaching to patients on self-management strategies, emphasizing non-surgical alternatives and reducing dependence on medications.Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care that encompasses all aspects of patient wellness.Foster a motivational environment that encourages patients to set and achieve their personal health goals.Continuously stay informed about the latest research and advancements in physical therapy techniques to enhance the quality of care provided.Promote health and wellness initiatives within the clinic to help improve community health outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusThe clientele at Joint Revival encompasses a wide range of demographics, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and geriatric care. Our focus on outpatient rehabilitation allows us to develop tailored programs that meet the unique needs of each patient, improving their mobility, strength, and quality of life.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.An active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, with a clean record free from sanctions or board proceedings.Proven experience specializing in orthopedic outpatient care, with proficiency in manual therapy and exercise prescription.Strong experience and comfort with electronic medical record software, particularly WebPT.A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the best practices in physical therapy.Preferred ExperienceExperience in an outpatient orthopedic setting with a focus on sports medicine is preferred.Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.Experience in developing comprehensive wellness programs that integrate fitness into rehabilitation.Compensation and BenefitsWe are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
