Project Coordinator III

Location: Rayville, LA--Onsite

Duration: 18 Months (High Possibility of Extension)

candidates who do not require visa sponsorship to work in united states are applicable

About the Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking project progress, monitoring deadlines, coordinating schedules and logistics, and maintaining frequent communication with stakeholders, team members, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating project schedules.
Coordinate deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Monitor team progress and project milestones.
Coordinate client support efforts and communications.
Prepare project planning and progress documentation as required.
Attend client meetings and internal project meetings.
Provide administrative support and coordinate with General Contractors (GCs).

Must-Have Skills

Administrative support experience and coordination with General Contractors (GCs).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be task-oriented.
Previous project coordination experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong computer skills and interest in technology.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with all levels of an organization, including Executive Assistants and Senior Executives.
Familiarity with Google Workspace / Google Suite tools.
Ability and willingness to visit and walk construction sites.
