This is a leadership role for someone who is skilled in the craft of pastry, thrives in a collaborative kitchen, and enjoys helping others grow. As one of two Pastry Sous Chefs, you'll work closely with our Pastry Chef and ownership team to support daily production, production planning, training, quality control, and seasonal menu development while helping shape the future of our pastry program.
We're a young company with ambitious goals, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The right person values professionalism, mentorship, accountability, and honest, constructive feedback.

Schedule flexibility is important. You'll occasionally need to adjust your regular schedule to help cover vacations, support events, or address unexpected staffing needs.
