Senior Digital Product Manager

To support a growing enterprise healthcare initiative, the remote contract Senior Digital Experience Product Manager will provide product leadership for the Contact Center Telephony domain, translating business needs into executable technical roadmaps and managing critical telephony modernization projects. Key responsibilities Facilitate discovery and technical design sessions, gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Define capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing backlogs and coordinating dependencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery and alignment with product objectives and KPIs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience in technical product management within the contact-center telephony domain Proficiency in Agile methodologies and delivery practices Strong understanding of omnichannel/member-first experience design Ability to manage dependencies and risks effectively while aligning stakeholders
