Work Environment\n

Working hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments upon client intake, leveraging interviews and standardized tools to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address diverse mental health challenges across various demographics.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups addressing common mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community and connection among participants.

• Collaborate continuously with psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach that meets all aspects of patient health.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies and effectively utilizing de-escalation techniques.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards using integrated electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development, team dialogues, and training programs to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches while possessing a robust clinical skill set to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wellbe Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
