Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating joint sessions with couples while also offering individual therapy sessions to each partner.

• Addressing various issues such as: alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, medical issues, adjustment to separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management and professional development.

• Staying current with best practices in family therapy and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate personal and familial challenges, including blended families, mother/daughter conflicts, and adjustment issues related to divorce or separation. By employing a family-centric therapeutic approach, you will work towards fostering resilience and enhanced interpersonal communication among family members.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
