Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior Program Manager, Go-to-Market Transformation to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and business transformation. In this role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans, establish effective governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for an experienced program leader who can navigate complex environments, align diverse stakeholders, and successfully deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs from planning through execution and business adoption.

• Translate organizational priorities into actionable program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operating cadences, and reporting structures that support effective program execution.

• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, operations, customer success, sales, enablement, and technology teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

• Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across multiple workstreams.

• Facilitate executive meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making sessions.

• Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates.

• Drive stakeholder alignment by communicating priorities, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.

• Identify program risks and opportunities while implementing proactive mitigation plans.

• Support organizational change through communication, enablement, and adoption planning.

• Mentor junior program managers and promote consistent program management standards and best practices.

• Contribute to continuous improvements in PMO processes, governance models, and program delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex business or technology programs.

• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Strong program planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.

• Experience operating within Project Management Office (PMO) governance frameworks.

• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and business audiences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
