Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the business office, including accounting, payroll, and human resources.

• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the financial integrity of the facility.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

• Coordinate and maintain accurate and timely financial records, reports, and statements.

• Provide administrative support to the administrative team, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive work environment.

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Healthcare experience is helpful but we will train the right motivated candidate.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
