Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the business office, including accounting, payroll, and human resources. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the financial integrity of the facility. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Coordinate and maintain accurate and timely financial records, reports, and statements. Provide administrative support to the administrative team, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive work environment. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives. Requirements: Healthcare experience is helpful but we will train the right motivated candidate. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
