Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience leading or managing accounting functions in a public accounting or industry environment. They will have a strong technical accounting foundation, hands on NetSuite experience, and a proven ability to manage the month end close, financial reporting and broader accounting operations. This is a high visibility opportunity for an accounting leader who enjoys being hands on while also partnering with senior leadership and expanding into FP&A, tax and technical accounting. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full cycle accounting function, including the month end and year end close processes Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries and supporting schedules Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial analysis Oversee technical accounting research, policy development and preparation of accounting memos Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting team members while driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls Collaborate cross functionally with finance and operational leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic business decisions Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including public accounting and industry experience Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting principles Hands on NetSuite experience required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field CPA preferred Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills with the ability to operate effectively in a high visibility environment #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
