Position Summary

As an HR / Payroll Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate payroll processing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in HR or payroll who’s looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Support HR functions such as benefits administration, time tracking, and employee relations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and basic HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
