Freight Billing Specialist – Overland Park, KS LHH is assisting with a search for a Freight Billing Specialist for a client in Overland Park, KS. We are looking for someone to work on‑site with pay starting at $25/hour and going up based on experience. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of freight audit and billing experience in addition to rebate management. Role and Responsibilities Audit freight invoices for accuracy and compliance Resolve billing discrepancies and overcharges Analyze transportation cost trends; prepare reports and KPIs Support forecasting, budgeting, and carrier selection Administer vendor rebate claims and ensure timely collection Maintain rebate data in company database; report to leadership Support contract negotiations and prepare accruals Requirements Experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred 2+ years in rebates, freight auditing, or logistics analysis Advanced Excel skills; experience with Enable, Power BI, or Tableau preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Benefit Offerings Medical Vision 401k Additional supplementary offerings Does this description meet your preferences and qualifications?
