Work Environment\n

This telehealth position supports a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional environment conducive to therapeutic interactions. You will interact with colleagues through virtual meetings, using various technology tools to streamline communication and collaboration. This role offers flexibility in scheduling with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance without on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions for individual adults, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automatic symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress tracking to continually monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Participate in regular team consultations and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and seek guidance as needed for optimal patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing therapeutic support to individual adults dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. By fostering a warm, empathetic, and engaging therapeutic environment, you will help clients gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and ultimately lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or PsyD.

• Strong proficiency in using technology and navigating virtual communication platforms, including Google Suite and EHR systems.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Professional and polished presentation in all interactions with clients and team members.
\n
• Warm and empathic engagement skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults is a plus.

• A willingness to engage in ongoing training and development related to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment while maintaining a commitment to client confidentiality and privacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
