Senior Oncology Account Manager, Charlotte
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote its RAS-targeted oncology portfolio across a designated territory. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, driving product adoption, and ensuring patient access while reporting to an Area Business Director.
Responsibilities
- Market Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio and exceed assigned territorial performance goals
- Build and sustain professional relationships with private practices, medical centers, and hospital stakeholders
- Analyze market data and develop targeted business plans with optimized call strategies
- Partner with internal teams to remove barriers to patient access and care pathways
- Represent company brands in compliant, ethical, and professional manner across all channels
Requirements
- Proven oncology pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated territory success
- Deep understanding of disease states, oral oncolytics, and reimbursement pathways
- Strong ability to develop sustained customer relationships and drive business outcomes
- Excellent time management and territory management competencies
- Proficiency in both virtual and in-person customer engagement strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of competitive oncology landscape and market analysis
