Home Health Aides PEDIATRIC - Probably your most fulfilling role ever

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and optimal health outcomes

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Monitor and report patient conditions, changes in medical status

• Perform various non-medical tasks, like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companion care

• Maintain accurate records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient confidentiality, privacy, and dignity

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in healthcare helpful

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability

• Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
