Pay Rate: $25.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical facility disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
