Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate patient improvement.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to promote awareness of mental health issues among patients and provide avenues for communal support.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and support during critical moments.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, various treatment options, and available community resources for further support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in various therapeutic approaches and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, with a strong ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong judgment skills with a commitment to uphold professional ethics and boundaries at all times.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools for managing patient information.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
