As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $26.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards. Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with site policies and applicable access-control requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed. Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Secret clearance. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
