Our outpatient office operates on a hybrid work model that allows for flexible work schedules, accommodating both telehealth and in-person services. Full-time counselors work Monday to Friday during a typical 8-hour day, while part-time counselors have the flexibility to create schedules that fit their personal needs while providing the same high-quality care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic sessions tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques to clients, including groups, families, couples, and individual sessions, ensuring a customized approach in each case.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards to foster accountability and quality assurance.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC, you will primarily serve a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
