Job Description THE KITCHEN MANAGER: the HEART of our operations. As the leader of the kitchen, the KM is the culinary expert who keeps our kitchens in pristine operating conditions. You select and motivate an elite group of back‑of‑house employees and manage the costs to ensure financial success of the location. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, develop, and retain a high‑performing BOH team. Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary kitchen environment for guests and staff. Manage food costs, track waste, and control kitchen labor costs. Implement and enforce food‑handling safety procedures. Collaborate with other management staff to drive financial results and optimize profitability. Qualifications 21 years of age or older. 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience. Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor. Proven experience in kitchen management and strong business acumen. Ability to lead teams and create a memorable guest experience. Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, noisy environment. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $57,443 - $67,581. Competitive salary.
