Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to accurately identify mental health challenges and develop effective treatment planning tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities that promote healing, personal growth, and overall well-being.

• Formulate collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor progress to ensure treatment effectiveness and client satisfaction.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation, treatment progress, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to continuous professional development within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on serving a diverse client population, including adults and children facing a variety of mental health concerns. Your expertise will be critical in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will engage with clients and their families, adopting a personalized approach to foster a therapeutic alliance and enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy services to individuals and families.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy delivery and patient management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a variety of age groups, particularly adults, as well as child and adolescent populations.

• Familiarity with integrating holistic practices into therapy, and utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, alongside a generous benefits package that includes flexible work schedules and unlimited earning potential through performance incentives.
