What You'll Be Doing Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies Manage vendor relationships and respond to payment inquiries Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payment processing Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations Collaborate with internal departments to improve AP processes and workflows What We're Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working with ERP or accounting software systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills High level of accuracy and accountability Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with high-volume invoice processing ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Coleman Harris Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
