Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Muscle, you will work primarily in patients' homes, where you will provide care in a comfortable and familiar environment. This onsite work setting allows you to build strong relationships with your patients and to better understand their unique circumstances, thereby enhancing the efficacy of your treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients in their homes, collecting comprehensive medical histories and assessing their physical abilities to understand their needs better.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, using various therapeutic methods including exercise, manual therapy techniques, and education on self-management strategies.
• Implement treatment sessions that are both engaging and effective, using an array of tools and techniques to address pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, ensuring all treatment outcomes are recorded accurately to inform future care and modifications to treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and adjust therapeutic goals and strategies as required, promoting continuous improvement in patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and the proper use of assistive devices, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and collaboration with other health care professionals to stay updated with the latest in physical therapy best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient base will include a diverse array of individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees are considered an asset.
• Possession of a valid state license in Physical Therapy.

• Technical proficiency with electronic medical records and basic word processing applications.
• Willingness to adapt to various patient needs and a flexible approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
