Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team, helping clients address various mental health concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and providing therapy for couples and families, focusing on relationship dynamics and individual needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to treat issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, and conflicts among family members.

• Facilitating sessions that address grief and loss, job stress, medical issues, and transitions related to separation or divorce.

• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client and family unit.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to support effective care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve span various age groups, including adults, children, and adolescents. Compensation and Benefits\n
