Responsibilities Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees at parking location(s). Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-site employees. Identify high potential employees to support the organization’s growth. Payroll processing; ensure sign-off on hours in a timely manner; collaborate with local payroll department to ensure pay data is completed properly; work with HR Partner to ensure wage and hour compliance. Execute plans for opening newly assigned locations and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management of assigned locations, ensuring adherence to budget and revenue enhancements. Oversee the transition of newly assigned locations from contract acceptance to opening, ensuring client satisfaction. Develop client relationships and support business retention. Organize and communicate parking management skills for Assistant Managers and Team Leaders. Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements outlined in the contractual agreement with clients. Assist the region with operations preparation for potential new locations (rate surveys, ticket pulls, etc.). Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports as required. Maintain revenue growth, controlled expenses, and high customer satisfaction by meeting service thresholds and client expectations. Manage projects, programs, and initiatives at assigned location(s). Labor contract management as applicable to assigned locations. Communicate with local police and emergency management teams regarding operations. Oversee event operations within LAZ Parking. Monitor, review, and analyze market rate structures. Participate in the implementation of new projects, programs, and initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable labor and safety standards; maintain relationships with clients and vendors as required. Provide leadership for training and development of Assistant Managers and Team Leaders. Support operations readiness and client satisfaction throughout the location lifecycle. Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: 1+ year in a management role. Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general Microsoft Office applications. Parking management experience is preferred but not required. Experience with financial statements, P&L reports, and budgeting. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to be flexible in schedule. Demonstrates urgency and timeliness. Ability to interpret policies and procedures. Ability to mentor and coach employees. Ability to mitigate challenges and lead others. Ability to encourage open expression of ideas. Ability to provide customer service excellence.
