Overview 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. Location Smyrna, GA (proudly serving the greater Atlanta area). Job Type Full-Time Pay $22–$30/hr+ (Total Compensation) including: $11/hr base rate Tips Profit Share & performance incentives - Get a share of every job completed! Overtime Responsibilities Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes Keep trucks clean and organized Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong communication and customer service skills 21+ years and older Valid driver's license Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Benefits Paid training Advancement opportunities - We promote from within whenever possible!
