Executive Assistant We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our upcoming harvest season. Schedule: Monday - Friday Payrate: $25.00 Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage grower contracts and related documentation Serve as a primary point of contact for grower communications, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses Support growers by explaining processes, timelines, and requirements in an accessible and respectful manner Maintain organized records, files, and databases for contracts, grants, and communications Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all administrative work Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting meetings, workshops, field days, and other events Handle logistics such as scheduling, registration, materials preparation, and on-site support Communicate event details clearly with growers, partners, and internal staff Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities For more information, please call our office at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View phone number on click.appcast.io.
