Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our upcoming harvest season. Schedule: Monday - Friday Payrate: $25.00
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage grower contracts and related documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for grower communications, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses
- Support growers by explaining processes, timelines, and requirements in an accessible and respectful manner
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases for contracts, grants, and communications
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all administrative work
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting meetings, workshops, field days, and other events
- Handle logistics such as scheduling, registration, materials preparation, and on-site support
- Communicate event details clearly with growers, partners, and internal staff
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities
