Key Responsibilities\n

• Individual and Family Therapy: You will conduct therapy sessions focused on addressing relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. Your tailored approach will facilitate meaningful interactions that foster healing and growth.

• Assessment and Diagnosis: You will perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide diagnostic assessments in alignment with best practice standards.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilizing a variety of evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, you will craft individualized treatment sessions that resonate with clients' unique circumstances.

• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Engage with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic support for clients, integrating various therapeutic recommendations to optimize their care.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation following state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring a high standard of accountability and communication regarding client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Crisis Intervention: You will be equipped to provide immediate support and crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress and facilitate connections to additional resources as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Georgia is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in clinical or outpatient settings, with a strong preference for candidates with additional years of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
