Service Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, communicating with customers and technicians, and ensuring efficient service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate service appointments.Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries.Maintain accurate service records and documentation.Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion.Communicate with technicians, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.Coordinate parts with customer deliveriesCoordinate with parts department for shippingTracking of service department toolsPrepare reports and update databases as required.Provide excellent customer service and support.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Previous experience in customer service, administration, or service coordination.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
