Our client is a well-regarded financial services firm seeking an Paralegal. Responsibilities: Maintain corporate records, including organizational documents, governance records, operating agreements, and amendments. Manage the entity management database, ensuring accurate entity, and registered agent information. Support corporate restructurings. Prepare board resolutions, written consents, and other corporate governance documents. Maintain organizational charts and monitor compliance deadlines. Coordinate entity dissolutions, withdrawals, and wind-down filings. Respond to KYC and due diligence requests by providing corporate records and compliance documentation. Liaise with registered agents and outside counsel on entity filings and compliance matters. Requirements: 4+ years of paralegal experience Bachelor's degree required Experience with entity management Experience in Financial Services The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
