Description Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board meeting materials and maintaining corporate records. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage filings with government agencies and maintain legal databases. Conduct legal research to support the Legal team's initiatives. Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff as needed. Profile A successful Corporate Paralegal should have: 1-3 years of being a corporate paralegal is a MUST Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in legal research tools and database management.
