Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid low-incidence special education license (must be presented up front)
• Demonstrated experience working with students identified with significant disabilities
• Willingness and ability to instruct exclusively in-person (no virtual instruction)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to individualized education and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) for your caseload
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families
• Foster a positive, structured, supportive learning environment
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust strategies as needed
• Employ evidence-based practices for low-incidence and mixed-abilities classrooms

This contract begins in August 2026 and extends through May 2027, with flexible full-time scheduling between 35-40 hours per week.
