Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking dedicated educators to serve students with significant disabilities at both elementary and secondary levels with start and end dates from August 11, 2026, through May 19, 2027. Each role involves working with a small caseload of around 10 students, allowing for meaningful engagement and individualized instruction.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Low-Incidence Special Education teaching license (must be current and available prior to submission)
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with significant disabilities
• Ability to manage and individualize instruction for students with diverse needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Commitment to in-person instruction; virtual roles are not available for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Develop and adapt instructional materials and activities
• Maintain thorough and ongoing documentation for each student’s progress
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all educational requirements
• Create a safe, engaging, and encouraging learning atmosphere

This full-time contract role offers 35-40 hours per week during the academic year.
