- Build governance structures including operating cadences, dashboards, and milestone reviews
- Engage key opinion leaders and customers to inform commercial and innovation strategies
Requirements
- Commercial leadership experience in medical devices or orthopedics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strategic planning and execution expertise with measurable business outcomes
- Experience launching new medical products or managing portfolio growth
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions
- Knowledge of sports medicine, orthopedic implants, or surgical solutions
