Compensation Package Salary Range: Competitive, starting at $60,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation (up to $70,000+) based on experience. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, specializing in either the home healthcare or hotel program. Process endorsements, certificates, and provide A-to-Z servicing for assigned accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries. Collaborate with team members to support the growth and success of the assigned program. For the hotel program: Serve as the "quarterback" for the team, managing a busy book of business with approximately $3M in revenue, consisting of 90% hotel accounts across the U.S. For the home healthcare program: Manage small to mid-sized business accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in commercial lines insurance, with a preference for candidates experienced in niche markets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred. Specialization: Willingness to work within a niche market (home healthcare or hotel programs).
