Kitchen Manager - NEW Scratch-Kitchen Concept | $55K-$65K

A growing, multi-concept restaurant group is opening a brand-new scratch-kitchen concept and we're looking for a Kitchen Manager who takes real pride in running a tight, well-organized kitchen.


This is a scratch-made kitchen through and through - fresh prep and a menu that moves with what's in season - so we need someone who genuinely loves the craft of cooking, not just managing a line. You'll work side by side with your General Manager to set the tone for a brand-new team from day one, with the backing of a restaurant group that's spent well over a decade building bold, from-scratch concepts across multiple states.

What You'll Do


• Lead and develop your kitchen team, building a culture that's positive, sharp, and well-organized


• Uphold food quality, consistency, and food-safety standards across every shift


• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to keep the kitchen running efficiently


• Run line checks and expedite service to keep the pass moving smoothly during peak volume


• Partner closely with your General Manager to maintain the standards guests expect


• Train and coach cooks on technique, station standards, and scratch-kitchen execution

What We're Looking For


• Hands-on culinary leadership experience, ideally in a scratch-kitchen or high-volume, from-scratch environment


• A genuine passion for great food and the technical skill to back it up


• Strong organizational instincts - inventory, ordering, and line checks are second nature


• The ability to run a station, train a cook, and expedite a full house without missing a beat


• A team-first mindset that keeps the kitchen positive even when service gets hot

Compensation & Benefits


• $55,000-$65,000 base salary, based on experience
