Position Overview The Field Sales Account Executive will serve as the primary link between the Homes.com sales team and real estate agents within a defined territory. The role aims to generate excitement for Homes.com products, build strong agent relationships, and maximize sales growth. Responsibilities Engage real estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events. Demonstrate Homes.com products and provide product information. Generate excitement and interest in membership products, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities. Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipelines. Deliver sales and technical presentations on-site and via web presentations as needed. Report to the Sales Manager on progress and pipeline status. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to stay current on new features and benefits. Build positive, trusting relationships with real estate agents to influence the close of sales deals. Travel up to 90% of the time. Live the CoStar Core Values. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, HubSpot).
