Lead an Established Family Dining Restaurant in Menomonee Falls, WI, US.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $78,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on execution and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members
• Drive sales while maintaining strong labor and food cost controls
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company operating standards
• Build a positive culture that promotes accountability and teamwork
• Analyze financial performance and implement action plans to improve results
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience
• Experience in family dining or comparable full-service restaurant concepts
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and food costs
• Proven ability to lead high-volume restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression

Preferred Experience

Candidates with backgrounds in family dining concepts such as IHOP, Denny's, Perkins, Village Inn, Black Bear Diner, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, Huddle House, First Watch, or similar brands are highly encouraged to apply.
