Human Resources Generalist

As a core member of the site Human Resources team within a manufacturing environment, you will provide operational and generalist support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) while driving value across day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement initiatives. About the Role Industry / Unit: Manufacturing & Industrial Electronics Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration: Assist with high-volume recruitment for production workers, lead candidate onboarding and orientation, oversee time and attendance management, and partner with centralized HR Services for payroll and administrative processing. HRBP Support: Partner with HR Business Partners to execute people strategies that align with business objectives in a fast-paced environment. Policy & Compliance: Field general HR policy inquiries, ensure consistent policy implementation, and maintain compliance with site procedures and U.S. employment legislation. Employee Experience: Support employee engagement initiatives and drive internal communication efforts across the site. Project Support & Continuous Improvement: Participate in site HR initiatives, streamline operational workflows, and identify opportunities for process efficiency. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR department with strong hands-on HR administration experience. Knowledge Base: Solid understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, comp & benefits) and basic U.S. employment regulations.
