Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location while utilizing various telehealth platforms to connect with clients. Our focus on technological integration enables seamless communication and treatment delivery, ensuring that both counselors and clients experience an efficient and supportive therapeutic environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities, allowing for a well-balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, comprehensive therapy sessions with individual adults via secure video conferencing platforms, providing compassionate and evidence-based care designed to elevate client mental health.

• Engage in meaningful collaboration with other mental health professionals within our organization to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing treatment strategies and sharing insights for improved outcomes.

• Utilize automatically generated assessments to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on symptom improvement and feedback.
\n
• Document all client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using our digital health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practice standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss client concerns, share case studies, and receive invaluable support from colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, specifically holding licenses such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW from an accredited institution.
